At Aether detailing, we take pride in delivering high-quality detailing services tailored to each vehicle.
Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are starting prices and are based on vehicles in average condition.
Final pricing may vary depending on:

Vehicle size (SUVs, 4x4s, vans, 7-seaters, etc.)

Interior and exterior condition

Excessive dirt, mud, or sand

Heavy staining or spillages

Excessive pet hair

Mould or biohazard contamination

Overspray, tar, or heavy contamination

Time required to complete the service
Larger vehicles and heavily soiled vehicles require additional time, labour, and products and may incur an upcharge.
Any price adjustments will always be clearly explained and agreed upon before work begins. No additional chargeable work will be carried out without customer approval.
Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

Deposits are deducted from the final service cost.

A booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of late cancellation or no-show (see Cancellation Policy below).
This ensures we can protect our time and availability for all customers.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change.

Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit.

Failure to attend your booking (no-show) will result in loss of deposit.

Repeat late cancellations may require full payment upfront for future bookings.
If we need to reschedule due to severe weather (for mobile services) or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer the next available appointment.
Vehicle Condition & Liability
Customers must remove personal belongings prior to the appointment or an additional fee will be charged. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.
While we take every precaution when working on your vehicle, detailing involves the use of water, steam, chemicals, and mechanical tools. By booking our services, you acknowledge and accept this.
We cannot guarantee 100% removal of all stains, odours, scratches, or defects, particularly where permanent damage has occurred.
Satisfaction
We aim to deliver results that both we and our customers are proud of. If you are not satisfied, concerns must be raised immediately upon completion so we can resolve them promptly.
